About Tealfabric
We started where customer work actually lives.
Tealfabric was founded in 2025 in Europe by operators and engineers who kept seeing the same pattern: the work that mattered to customers ran through email, spreadsheets, and informal scripts, while every new tool added another place to check.
Most of us spent years inside companies running actual operations—onboarding, support, fulfillment, and the handoffs between teams that customers never see. We saw those pain points up close because we lived them every day. Now we are building Tealfabric so teams at other companies can overcome the same bottlenecks.
We set out to build infrastructure for that in-between layer—execution with history on one tenant, governance security teams can review, and AI that stays inside policy. Your CRM, ERP, and ticketing systems stay in place; Tealfabric is where the work between them runs.
We grow through design partners—operations and platform teams who ship one production workflow with us, measure impact on their own metrics, and help shape what we build next.

What we build
Service that helps operations teams run customer work across the systems they already use, achieving less manual coordination, clearer ownership, and a full record of every handoff.
Tealfabric is one product: a shared runtime for operational work. We build and operate it as core software, with a small group of design partners helping us harden it in production before wider release.

How we build and partner
Principles we ship by and with our partners.
01
Policy before execution
Safety, privacy, and human oversight come first.
Services run inside the isolated-tenant runtime with tool rules and human approval paths. Security and platform owners define how work runs before integrations execute.
