Tealfabric Inc. ("Tealfabric", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy describes how we process personal data when you visit tealfabric.com, contact us, or request information about our platform. It does not cover the Tealfabric product at app.tealfabric.io — customers are governed by their agreement and product-specific documentation.
What we collect on tealfabric.com
- Contact and demo requests — name, email, company, and message content when you submit a form or email us.
- Website analytics (optional) — if you accept analytics cookies, we collect usage data via self-hosted Matomo (pages viewed, referrer, approximate location from IP, browser/device type). IP addresses may be anonymized per Matomo configuration.
- Technical logs — standard server and CDN logs for security and reliability (IP address, user agent, requested URL).
